Arun Malhotra

• He is the senior most member of our team, having a vast experience of more than 33 years.
• The founder of the firm and a fellow member of the institute of chartered accountants of India
• He is an alumni of Delhi Public School, Mathura Road & a graduate in commerce from Hindu College, University of Delhi and a chartered accountant from the batch of 1980
• He is proficient in handling statutory audits, internal audits, internal controls implementation, project funding and loan syndication,  income tax matters including appearing before various IT authorities including ITAT.
• He is on the panel of arbitrators of the ICAI, BSE and NSE.

Arti Bhatia

• A Fellow member & ISA of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
• She is an alumni of Delhi Public School, Mathura Road & a Graduate in commerce from Jesus & Mary College , Delhi University

Salil Bhatia

• A Fellow member & ISA of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Rank holder in the CA Final examination.
• He is an alumni of Springdales School, Pusa Road & a Graduate in commerce from Hansraj College, Delhi University
• Area of expertise – FEMA compliances, Personnel/ Payroll,  Project Financing and Loan Syndication, Corporate Banking, VAT, Excise and Service Tax matters.

Aakriti Malhotra

• She is an alumni of Delhi Public School, Mathura Road & a Graduate in commerce from Jesus & Mary College , Delhi University
